My name is Nicolas Jehly. I am a travel photographer, mountaineer and adventurer.

In 2016, I discovered mountaineering, pushed by friends, and climbed Mont Paradis in Italy (4061 m).

In 2017, I hiked on the GR20 and reached the summit of Galdhøpiggen, the highest mountain in Norway (2469 m).

In 2018, I am embarking on a solo backpacking world tour. I cross 26 countries on 5 continents. I take the opportunity to climb to the top of Kilimanjaro (5895 m) and make the magnificent treks of the W in Patagonia and the Everest base camp in Nepal. I return to France in August 2019.

In 2020, I successfully climb the Matterhorn (4478 m) in Switzerland. A wonderfully challenging experience.

In 2021, I am hiking part of the mythical Chamonix - Zermatt route with friends before launching with several European NGOs an unprecedented expedition that has never been done to date: descending the entire last great wild river in Europe on foot: the Vjosa.

A successful awareness-raising operation (330 km in autonomy, 15 days of walking, 700 photos, etc.) organized in favor of the protection of one of the last temples of European biodiversity.

My photographic work is documentary. It aims to raise awareness about the protection of nature and its wonders often undermined by human activity.
